MOREVIA works with selected Australian and international fulfilment partners to offer a broad range of products to customers across Australia. Some products are dispatched directly from overseas fulfilment warehouses, including locations in China. MOREVIA is the retailer responsible for your order, customer service and applicable consumer guarantees. We are not a third-party marketplace.

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, and standard shipping is free Australia-wide. Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
