Where does MOREVIA ship?
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide on all products.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing or remote delivery locations.
Where are products shipped from?
MOREVIA works with a network of Australian and international fulfilment partners. Depending on the product, your order may be dispatched from an Australian or overseas fulfilment warehouse, including fulfilment locations in China.
Where available, product-specific delivery information is shown on the relevant product page. Regardless of the fulfilment location, MOREVIA remains your retailer and customer service contact throughout your order.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive in more than one parcel. Tracking information may be provided for each parcel.
How can I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@morevia.com.au. We will try to help, but an order cannot be changed or cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun.
How do returns work?
Contact us before returning any item. Approved returns are sent to our Cheltenham, Victoria returns facility. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and instructions.
What if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos where appropriate. Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by our policies.
